Frequently asked questions
What file formats do I get?
Coloring pages, activity packs and the bedtime story are PDFs in both A4 and US Letter. Prints are 300 DPI JPG files in five frame ratios (2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 11×14 and ISO A sizes). Wallpapers are JPGs for phones (1179×2556 and 1290×2796) and 4K desktops (3840×2160). Invitations are editable PDFs (5×7″ and A5). Every product page lists the exact files.
How do I get my files?
Our downloads are sold on Etsy. Right after checkout you can download the files from the order confirmation, from You → Purchases and reviews on Etsy, and from the email Etsy sends you. Nothing is shipped.
Any printing tips?
Choose “Actual size” or “100%” in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”. Ordinary printer paper is perfect for coloring and activity pages; thicker paper (90–120 g/m²) is nice for markers. For prints, matte paper of 170–250 g/m² or a local print shop gives the best result. Colors can look slightly different on paper than on screen.
How do I set a wallpaper?
Save the phone JPG to your Photos and choose “Use as wallpaper”. On a computer, right-click the desktop file and choose “Set as desktop background”.
Something is wrong with my file – what now?
Email us at [email protected] or message us on Etsy. If a file is broken, missing or not as described, we will fix it or refund you. See terms & license.
Can I share the files or sell prints?
The files are for personal and classroom use. Please do not resell, share or redistribute them, digitally or as physical prints. Contact us if you need a commercial license.
How were the designs made?
Our illustrations are created by Starlit Prints with AI image tools from our own prompts, then cleaned up and prepared for print by hand. Every puzzle in our activity packs is generated and checked by our own code, and the answer key is included.
