How buying, downloading and using our files works.
1. Where you buy
Starlit Prints sells its paid digital downloads through Etsy. When you buy, Etsy’s Terms of Use and purchase protections apply, and Etsy handles the payment, taxes and delivery of your download. The free coloring page on this website can be downloaded directly.
2. Digital products
All products are digital files (PDF and/or JPG). No physical product is shipped. Frames, paper, devices and props shown in preview images are not included. Colors can vary between screens and printers.
3. Instant delivery and withdrawal
Files are available to download immediately after purchase. For digital content that is delivered immediately, the EU/EEA 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download is made available, when you have agreed to this at checkout.
4. Faulty files and refunds
If a file is damaged, incomplete, cannot be opened or is not as described, contact us at [email protected] or through Etsy. We will send a working file, or refund you if we cannot fix the problem. Your statutory rights are not affected.
5. License
- Personal use: download, print for yourself, your family or your own classroom, frame, color, and use wallpapers on your own devices.
- Not allowed: reselling, sharing, redistributing, uploading or giving away the files (or edited versions), selling prints or products made from them, or using them in logos, merchandise or other commercial work.
- Copyright: all designs remain the property of Starlit Prints. A purchase gives you a license to use the files, not ownership of the artwork.
- Commercial license: available on request – contact us.
6. How our designs are made
Our illustrations are created by Starlit Prints with AI image tools from our own prompts, then edited and prepared for print. Puzzles in our activity packs are generated and checked by our own code.
